50 MW槽式熔盐光热电站蒸汽发生系统的热力性能优化

摘要 蒸汽发生系统作为槽式熔盐光热电站的核心部件,其传热过程会由于较大的传热温差而产生很大的火用损失。基于此,建立了蒸汽发生系统的热力学分析模型,采用火用分析理论对比研究了蒸汽发生系统优化前后的火用效率变化。研究结果表明,分段加热系统模型可降低换热过程的火用损失,火用效率比优化前分别提升了35%(蒸发器)、49.5%(预热器)、5%(过热器)、26%(再热器)。 Steam generation system is the core component of trough molten salt photoelectric power plant,and its heat transfer process will cause great exergy loss due to large heat transfer temperature difference.Based on this,a thermodynamic analysis model of steam generation system was established,and the change of exergy efficiency of the steam generation system before and after optimization was studied by using exergy analysis theory.The research results showed that exergy loss was reduced via the optimized sectional heating system model during heat exchange process,the exergy efficiency was increased by 35%(evaporator),49.5%(preheater),5%(superheater)and 26%(reheater)respectively compared with that before optimization.
