摘要
通过改变蒸汽养护参数和再生细骨料掺量来研究蒸养再生砂浆经硫酸盐侵蚀后其抗压强度变化规律,同时利用灰色关联分析方法就蒸养参数对再生细骨料砂浆经硫酸盐侵蚀其抗压强度变化全过程进行了分析总结。结果表明蒸养再生砂浆抗压强度变化率随硫酸盐溶液浸泡龄期的增长呈现出先增大后减小的趋势;当分别以蒸养再生砂浆经硫酸盐侵蚀抗压强度增长速率和降低速率为参考序列时,各蒸养参数对两者的影响规律一致,即蒸养参数对砂浆经硫酸盐侵蚀强度发展全过程的影响,恒温温度>恒温时间>静养时间。
To study the compressive strength of the steam-cured recycled mortar after sulfate attack, the grey correlation analysis method is used to determine the effect of the steam curing parameters on the recycled fine-aggregate mortar through sulfate attack by changing the steam curing parameters and the content of recycled fine aggregate. The whole process of its compressive strength change is analyzed and summarized. The results show that the compressive strength change rate of the steam-cured recycled mortar first increases and then decreases with the increase of the sulfate solution immersion age. When the rising rate and falling rate of the compressive strength of the steam-cured recycled mortar through sulfate attack are taken as the reference sequence, the influence of each steam-curing parameter on the two is the same, that is, the influence of the steam curing parameter on the whole process of the strength development of the mortar through sulfate attack is constant temperature >constant temperature time> resting time.
