动力锅炉低NO_(x)燃烧技术改造及问题分析

摘要 为了满足国家污染物排放指标,解决四角切圆布置的60 t/h动力锅炉NOx排放问题,实现低氮排放技术进步,将燃料分级燃烧技术、分级供风技术以及烟气再循环技术相结合进行低氮燃烧改造。结果显示,技术改进方案能够有效将动力锅炉NOx排放浓度控制在70 mg/m^(3)以下,烟气粉尘控制在10 mg/m^(3)以下。该技术方案有效解决了NOx排放问题,为推进动力锅炉低氮改造工程提供理论指导。 In order to meet the national pollutant emission targets,the low-NOx combustion technical transformation of boiler was carried out based on the four corners tangentially arranged 60 t/h power boiler,which combined with fuel staged combustion technology,staged air supply technology and flue gas recirculation technology.A technical improvement plan of using a new type of low-NOx burner and adding a flue gas recirculation was proposed to realize flame segmentation and premixing of flue gas and air,and the equipment after the technical improvement was tested and analyzed.The results show that the technical improvement scheme proposed in this paper can effectively control the NOx emission of power boilers below 70 mg/m^(3),and the flue gas dust under 10 mg/m^(3),and the change of power boiler load has little effect on NOx and dust emissions in the flue gas.The technical improvement scheme in this paper can realize low-nitrogen combustion in power boilers.
