摘要
饲料中蛋白质的营养价值评定工作对于实现精准营养、减少养殖成本和粪污氨氮污染来说至关重要。标准回肠氨基酸消化率是饲料蛋白质营养价值的重要评价体系,其中对动物的内源氨基酸损失进行校正是至关重要的一环。目前,检测家禽内源氨基酸的方法以无氮日粮法为代表,该方法因其操作简单的优点得到广泛应用,但在日粮配方上仍然存在不足。因此,文章就内源氨基酸损失的来源及其影响因素进行了综述,旨在为家禽内源氨基酸损失评定工作的完善提供建议。
The evaluation of the nutritional value of proteins in feed is essential for achieving precise nu⁃trition,reducing breeding cost and manure ammonia nitrogen pollution.The standardized ileal amino ac⁃id digestibility is an important evaluation system for the nutritional value of feed proteins,in which the correction of endogenous amino acid loss is a crucial step.At present,the method for detecting endogenous amino acid in poultry is represented by the nitrogen-free diet,which is widely used be⁃cause of its simple operation,but there are still deficiencies in diet formulation.Therefore,the source of endogenous amino acid loss and its influencing factors were reviewed,aiming at providing sug⁃gestions for the improvement of endogenous amino acid loss assessment in poultry.
