摘要
对全新开发的一种粉体流化冷却系统进行介绍,阐述该技术相较传统技术的优势,并通过分析其核心设备粉体流化冷却器的传热特性,提出冷却器的校正计算方法,修正单纯使用换热器分析软件的计算偏差,为该技术的工程应用提供支撑。
This paper introduces a newly developed powder fluidized cooling system,expounds the advantages of this technology compared to traditional technology,and analyzes the heat transfer characteristics of the powder fluidized cooler of its core equipment,and proposes a correction calculation method for the cooler,to correct the calculation deviation of simply using the heat exchanger analysis software to provide support for the engineering application of this technology.
