血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1、C反应蛋白水平与冠心病患者发生心房颤动的相关性 被引量:2

Correlation Between Serum MCP-1,CRP Levels and Atrial Fibrillation in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

摘要 目的研究血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平与冠心病(CHD)患者发生心房颤动的相关性。方法回顾性分析2019年1月—2020年8月收治的112例CHD患者资料,统计CHD患者发生房颤情况以及血清MCP-1、CRP水平,并分析血清MCP-1、CRP水平与CHD患者发生房颤的相关性。结果入选的112例CHD患者中,房颤组患者53例,占比47.32%;非房颤组59例,占比52.68%;房颤组血清MCP-1、CRP水平较非房颤组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Logistic回归分析可得,血清MCP-1、CRP表达水平高可能是CHD患者发生房颤的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05);绘制受试者工作特征曲线(ROC曲线),得到血清MCP-1、CRP水平预测CHD患者发生房颤的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为:0.874、0.838、0.881,其中联合预测价值较高。结论血清MCP-1、CRP水平增高和CHD患者发生房颤有密切关系,临床可早期检测患者血清MCP-1、CRP水平,对水平异常者行针对性治疗,以改善患者预后。 Objective To study the correlation between serum monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels and atrial fibrillation in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods The data of 112 patients with CHD admitted to Zhengzhou Seventh People's Hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The incidence of atrial fibrillation and serum MCP-1 and CRP levels in patients with CHD were collected,and the correlation between serum MCP-1 and CRP levels and atrial fibrillation in patients with CHD was analyzed.Result Among the 112 patients with CHD,53 cases were in atrial fibrillation group,accounting for 47.32%;59 cases were in non-atrial fibrillation group,accounting for 52.68%;the levels of serum MCP-1 and CRP in atrial fibrillation group were higher than those in non-atrial fibrillation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);by logistic regression analysis,the high levels of serum MCP-1 and CRP may be the influencing factors of atrial fibrillation in CHD patients(OR>1,P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)of serum MCP-1 and CRP levels in predicting atrial fibrillation in patients with CHD were 0.874,0.838 and 0.881,respectively.Conclusion The increase of serum MCP-1 and CRP levels is closely related to the occurrence of atrial fibrillation in patients with CHD.The serum MCP-1 and CRP levels in patients with CHD can be detected early,and the patients with abnormal levels can be given targeted treatment to improve the prognosis.
