摘要
肝脏既是体内的代谢器官,也是一个重要的免疫调节器官。补体系统是肝脏内环境平衡和免疫反应的关键部分,不仅参与了肝损伤的发生也参与了肝脏自我修复的过程,适当的补体激活能够促进肝再生,修复受损肝脏。在肝脏疾病的治疗中,治疗性的补体调节可能是一种合理的、有希望的方法,可以避免进一步的组织破坏,保持补体在增殖区域的有益作用。本文就近年来补体在肝脏损伤与再生中的作用进行综述,为补体的研究提供参考。
The liver is both a complex immune system and a special organ.The complement system is a key part of the environmental balance and immune response in the liver,which not only involves the occurrence of liver injury but also liver self-repair.Proper complement activation can promote the liver regeneration and repair the damaged liver.Therapeutic complement regulation is a reasonable and promising approach to avoiding further tissue destruction and maintaining the beneficial role of complement in the proliferative regions.This paper reviewed the role of complement in the liver injury and regeneration in recent years to provide reference for complement research.
