摘要
目的满足公立医院改革对药事管理的新要求,降低医院药占比,加强合理用药监测,提高互联网药学服务水平。方法建设智能化药品管理体系;通过数据分析用药存在的问题,建立相应的管控流程,逐步建成用药全流程管控体系;建设药事管理数据支撑体系,持续跟踪、改进;通过互联网方式对外扩展药学服务。结果经过实践,医院药占比控制在30%以下,并且逐年降低;抗菌药物管理各项指标均已达到相关要求;互联网药学服务已全面展开。结论医院坚持以政策为导向,以数据为支撑,以点带面,逐步完善药事管理体系,在实践中取得了良好的药事管理成效。
Objective Meet the new requirements of the reform of public hospitals for pharmaceutical management,reduce the proportion of drugs expenditure,strengthen the monitoring of rational drug use,and improve the level of pharmaceutical care on the Internet.Methods Build an intelligent drug management system;Through data analysis of the problems existing in drug use,establish the corresponding control process,and gradually build the whole process control system of drug use;Build the pharmaceutical management data support system and continue to track and improve;Expand pharmaceutical care through the Internet.Results Through practice,the proportion of hospital drugs expenditure was controlled below 30%,and was decreasing year by year;All indicators of antimicrobial drug management have met relevant requirements;The number of internet pharmaceutical care providers is also growing steadily.Conclusion The hospital adheres to the idea of gradually improving the pharmaceutical management system with policy as the guidance,data as the support,from a point to an area,and has achieved good results in pharmaceutical management.
