面向养护便捷性的在役连拱隧道中墙病害维修方法及应用

摘要 因设计特点,连拱隧道在中墙处形成的“Y”字形位置成为天然蓄水池,该处静水压力的存在是导致隧道衬砌病害的主要诱因,而常规的维修方法很难从根本上解决这一问题,且维修难度大,工程周期长,对隧道的服务水平造成较大影响。基于以上原因,提出一种面向养护便捷性的维修方法,通过对排水系统构造上的细化,及采用专用的高压水射流清洗装置进行定期养护的方式,实现中墙排水系统的长效性,降低连拱隧道的病害发生率,达到其全寿命周期内维护成本及服务性能最优的效果。 Due to the design features,the Y-shaped position formed at the middle wall of the multi-arch tunnel becomes a natural reser‐voir.The hydrostatic pressure of this position is the main cause of tunnel lining diseases.However,it is difficult to solve this problem funda‐mentally by conventional maintenance methods.Moreover,the maintenance is difficult and the project cycle is long,which has a great influ‐ence on the service level of the tunnel.Based on the above reasons,this paper proposes a maintenance method facing maintenance conve‐nience.Through refinement of drainage system structure and regular maintenance with special high-pressure water jet cleaning device,the long-term effectiveness of mid-wall drainage system can be realized,the incidence of multi-arch tunnel diseases can be reduced,and the maintenance cost and service performance can be optimized in the whole life-cycle.
