摘要
解读国际标准ISO 23864:2021,展示超声"双全法"—全矩阵捕获(FMC)和全聚焦法(TFM)用于焊接接头自动(半自动)检测的要领。成像路径选择、关注区设置、灵敏度校正、扫查器调整、双全数据解析、图像显示识别,是规范化操作关键。本文旨在为国内承压设备焊接接头在制、在役检测应用标准化双全法高新技术提供借鉴。
The essentials of using Full Matrix Capture(FMC)/Full Focusing Method(TFM) technique for automatic inspection of weld joints are introduced through interpreting the draft international standard ISO 23864:2021.The key points of standardized operation include choosing appropriate imaging paths, setting region of interest, correcting sensitivity, adjusting scanning mechanisms, analyzing FMC-TFM data, and recognizing indications.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for application of the advanced technology of standardized FMC-TFM for inspection of welded joints in-manufacture and in-service testing of pressure equipment at home.
