摘要
中小微企业在我国供给侧改革关键时期发挥着不可替代的作用,陕西省中小微企业对于当地经济发展更是起着重要的支撑作用。但受国家淘汰落后产能政策的影响,中小微型企业在管理方面存在缺乏正规化的组织结构和规范的规章制度、核心竞争力不强、融资难等问题。为突破陕西省中小微企业在进一步发展过程中的制约性,论文针对陕西省中小微企业发展现状提出建议性改革措施。
Small,medium and micro enterprises play an irreplaceable role in the key period of China's supply side reform,and small,medium and micro enterprises in Shaanxi Province play an important supporting role in local economic development.However,under the influence of the national policy to eliminate backward production capacity,there are some problems existing in the management of small,medium and micro enterprises,such as lack of standardized organizational structure and rules and regulations,weak core competitiveness and financing difficulties.In order to break through the constraints in the further development of small,medium and micro enterprises in Shaanxi Province,this paper puts forward proposed reform measures according to the development status of small,medium and micro enterprises in Shaanxi Province.
