摘要
随着我国新型城镇化的发展和传统建筑产业的转型升级,装配式建筑迎来了全新的发展契机。论文将装配式建筑发展看作一个系统,采用系统论方法,从各参与方的角度分析了制约装配式建筑发展的因素,共提炼出10个影响因子,采用系统因素分析方法中的DEMATEL模型对影响因素进行了分析,得出了影响度、被影响度、中心度、原因度较大的影响因子,并在此基础上从系统论角度和教育角度分析了装配式建筑的发展路径,以期为我国装配式建筑的发展提供理论参考。
With the development of new urbanization and the transformation and upgrading of traditional building industry in China,prefabricated building has ushered in a new development opportunity.This paper regards the development of prefabricated building as a system,uses the method of system theory to analyze the factors restricting the development of prefabricated building from the perspective of all participants,extracts 10 influencing factors,uses the DEMATEL model in the method of system factor analysis to analyze the influencing factors,and obtains the influencing factors with large influence degree,affected degree,center degree and cause degree.Based on this,the paper analyzes the development path of prefabricated building from the perspectives of system theory and education,so as to provide theoretical reference for the development of prefabricated building in China.
