基于工作任务的职业能力评价与分析

摘要 企业员工的职业生涯规划与设计是企业人力资源管理的重要工作之一。员工职业生涯规划与设计需要在明确岗位分类的基础上,拓宽职业发展渠道,引入岗位胜任力分析,迅速建立科学合理的晋升制度。对于企业的员工来说,工作任务的职业能力是企业走向成功的必备能力之一。但是随着企业运行的外部环境变化,使得员工在工作中对企业的管理措施和管理手段提出了更高层次的要求,提高企业员工的执行力是提高企业发展效益和竞争力的关键。论文结合目前企业员工职业能力存在的问题进行探讨,并提出了相应的改善措施。 The career planning and design of enterprise staff is one of the important work of enterprise human resources management.Career planning and design of employees need to expand career development channels,introduce job competency analysis and quickly establish a scientific and reasonable promotion system on the basis of clear job classification.For the employees of enterprises,the professional ability of work tasks is one of the necessary abilities for enterprises to succeed.However,with the change of the external environment of enterprise operation,employees put forward higher requirements on the management measures and means of the enterprise at work.Improving the executive ability of enterprise employees is the key to improve the development efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises.This paper discusses the existing problems of enterprise employees'professional ability and puts forward corresponding improvement measures.
