摘要
研究了聚羧酸高效减水剂(PCE)、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚(HPMC)对新拌石膏浆体流变性能的影响。结果表明:PCE、HPMC均能通过吸附作用调控石膏浆体的流变性能,前者的吸附力为化学键和范德华力,后者的吸附力仅为范德华力。掺入PCE时,通过分子结构侧链的空间位阻作用改善石膏浆体的流动度,降低浆体的塑性黏度和屈服应力;掺入HPMC时,通过分子结构中羟基和醚键上的氧原子与水分子形成的氢键作用增加新拌石膏浆体的塑性黏度和屈服应力,改善浆体的和易性;掺入PCE-HPMC复合化学外加剂时,二者产生竞争吸附现象,由于PCE的吸附能力较HPMC大,新拌石膏浆体在改善和易性的同时能够实现高流态化。
The effects of polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE)and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose ether(HPMC)on the rheological properties of fresh gypsum paste were studied.The results show that both PCE and HPMC can control the rheological properties of gypsum slurry through adsorption,and the adsorption capacity of the former are chemical bond and van der Waals force,while that of the latter is only van der Waals force.When PCE is added,due to the steric resistance of the side chain of molecular structure,the fluidity of gypsum paste can be effectively improved,and the plastic viscosity and yield stress of the paste can be reduced.When HPMC is added,due to the hydrogen bond between the oxygen atom on the hydroxyl and ether bond and the water molecule,the plastic viscosity and yield stress of the fresh gypsum paste are increased,and the workability of the paste is improved.When composite chemical admixtures of PCE-HPMC are added,there will exist competitive adsorption phenomenon,and due to adsorption capacity of PCE is higher than that of HPMC,both high fluidity and workability of fresh gypsum paste can be achieved.
