摘要
“国培”是推动中小学校长专业发展的重要举措。调研石河子大学师范学院/兵团教育学院承办的“国培计划”的兵团校长培训,发现兵团中小学校长专业知识与学校管理理论亟待加强;规划学校发展能力有待进一步提升,公共关系协调与处理能力尚需进一步加强;角色定位模糊,工作重心偏移;自身专业发展意愿强烈,客观发展环境严峻。为有效发挥“国培”作用,推进校长专业发展,提出改进策略,培训前:精准把握需求,精心设计培训内容;培训中:理论与实际相结合,探索多样态的培训方式;培训后:跟踪指导,巩固提升培训效果。
"National Training"is an important measure to promote the professional development of primary and secondary school principals.Based on the investigation of XPCC principals participating in the"National Training Plan"undertaken by teachers college,Shihezi University/Bingtuan Education College,it is found that the professional knowledge and school management theory of XPCC primary and secondary school principals need to be strengthened;The development capacity of planning schools needs to be further improved,and the coordination and handling capacity of public relations need to be further strengthened;The role orientation is fuzzy and the work center of gravity is offsetting;These principals have a strong desire for professional development and a severe objective development environment.In order to effectively play the role of"National Training"and promote the professional development of principals,improvement strategies are put forward:before training,we should accurately grasp the needs and carefully design the training content;during the training,we need to combine theory with practice to explore diversified training methods;after training,we need to track,guide,consolidate and improve the training effect.
