摘要
目的研究三级预防护理干预策略对急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)化疗患者口腔黏膜病变风险的影响。方法选取河南省人民医院2019年1月至2020年12月收治的ALL化疗患者95例,按护理方法分为研究组(47例)和对照组(48例)。对照组接受常规护理干预,研究组在对照组的基础上接受三级预防护理干预。比较两组口腔黏膜炎分级情况、口腔黏膜炎愈合情况及护理满意度。结果研究组口腔黏膜炎发生率(17.02%)低于对照组(39.58%)(P<0.05);研究组化疗后口腔黏膜愈合时间短于对照组,口腔pH值高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度(95.74%)高于对照组(85.42%)(P<0.05)。结论针对ALL化疗患者采用三级预防护理干预策略能够显著降低口腔黏膜病变的发生率,缩短口腔黏膜炎愈合时间,改善口腔pH值,提高护理工作满意度。
Objective To study the effect of three-level preventive nursing intervention strategy on the risk of oral mucosal lesions in patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL)after chemotherapy.Methods Ninety-five patients with ALL treated with chemotherapy in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were divided into study group(47 cases)and control group(48 cases)according to nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received three-level preventive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The classification of oral mucositis,healing of oral mucositis and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of oral mucositis in study group was 17.02%,which was lower than 39.58%in control group(P<0.05).After chemotherapy,healing of oral mucositis in study group was lower than that in control group,and the oral pH value was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of study group(95.74%)was higher than that(85.42%)of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The three-level preventive nursing intervention strategy for ALL chemotherapy patients can significantly reduce the incidence of oral mucosal lesions and the healing time of oral mucositis,improve oral pH value and nursing satisfaction.
