摘要
目的探讨多学科联动护理模式对痔疮患者术后疼痛管理及康复的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2020年12月于确山县中医院就诊的86例痔疮并采用外科手术治疗的患者作为研究对象,根据护理模式将患者分为研究组(43例)及对照组(43例)。研究组接受多学科联动护理模式,对照组接受常规护理模式。对比两组疼痛语言评价量表(VDS)优良率、护理前后世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-100)评分、创口愈合时间、住院时间和并发症发生率。结果研究组术后疼痛VDS优良率(69.77%)高于对照组(51.16%)(P<0.05);护理后两组患者WHOQOL-100量表评分均升高,且研究组患者高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组创口愈合时间及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率(6.98%)低于对照组(23.26%)(P<0.05)。结论对痔疮手术后患者应用多学科联动护理模式可以降低术后疼痛程度,提高生存质量,缩短创口愈合时间及住院时间,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary linkage nursing model on postoperative pain management and rehabilitation of patients with hemorrhoids.Methods Eighty-six patients with hemorrhoids treated in Queshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 who met the criteria for surgical treatment were included in the study.According to the nursing modes,they were divided into study group(43 cases)and control group(43 cases).The multidisciplinary linkage nursing model was adopted in study group and the routine nursing mode was adopted in control group.The excellent and good rate of pain verbal description scale(VDS),the score of World Health Organization short form of quality of life(WHOQOL-100)before and after nursing,wound healing time,length of hospital stay and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of postoperative pain VDS in study group(69.77%)was higher than that(51.16%)in control group(P<0.05).The WHOQOL-100 scale score of the patients in both groups increased after nursing,the WHOQOL-100 scale score of patients in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time and hospitalization time in study group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in study group(6.98%)was lower than that in control group(23.26%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multidisciplinary linkage nursing mode for patients with hemorrhoids can reduce the degree of postoperative pain,improve the quality of life,reduce the time of wound healing and hospitalization,and reduce the incidence of complications.
