摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌患者术后发生腋网综合征(AWS)的影响因素。方法选取2019年1月至2021年4月于商丘市第一人民医院接受手术治疗的122例乳腺癌患者。术后随访2个月,统计随访期间AWS的发生情况及患者基线资料。采用logistic回归分析乳腺癌患者术后发生AWS的影响因素。结果在122例乳腺癌患者中,术后发生AWS的患者共有44例(36.07%),纳入发生组,将术后未发生AWS的78例(63.93%)患者纳入未发生组。发生组BMI、腋窝手术类型、肋间神经损伤、淋巴结转移与未发生组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。BMI<24 kg·m^(-2)、腋窝手术类型为腋窝淋巴结清扫术(ALND)、肋间神经损伤、淋巴结转移是乳腺癌患者术后发生AWS的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者术后发生AWS的风险较高。BMI、腋窝手术类型、肋间神经损伤、淋巴结转移等均为乳腺癌患者术后发生AWS的影响因素。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of axillary wed syndrome(AWS)in patients with breast cancer after surgery.Methods A total of 122 patients with breast cancer who underwent surgery in Shangqiu First People’s Hospital from January 2019 to April 2021 were selected.The follow-up period was 2 months,and the incidence of AWS during the follow-up period and the patients’baseline data were counted.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of AWS in the patients with breast cancer after surgery.Results Among 122 patients with breast cancer,44 patients(36.07%)who developed AWS after operation were included in occurrence group,and 78 patients(63.93%)who did not develop AWS after operation were included in non-occurrence group.There were statistical differences in BMI,the types of axillary surgery,intercostal nerve injury and lymph node metastasis between occurrence group and non-occurrence group(P<0.05).BMI less than 24 kg·m^(-2),axillary lymph node dissection(ALND)type of axillary surgery,intercostal nerve injury and lymph node metastasis were risk factors for AWS in the patients with breast cancer after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with breast cancer have a higher risk of developing AWS after surgery.BMI,types of axillary surgery,intercostal nerve injury and lymph node metastasis are all influential factors for the occurrence of AWS in the patients with breast cancer after surgery.
