天然染料凤仙花色素对毛条的染色工艺探讨 被引量:4

摘要 针对天然染料凤仙花色素在毛条染色中纤维强力和弹性受到损伤的问题,提取凤仙花色素,并用其对毛条进行染色,优化色素提取工艺及染色工艺。凤仙花色素提取工艺为:凤仙花干花在pH值为3、温度50℃、浴比1∶40、浸提剂为水的条件下浸提1 h。采用天然染料凤仙花色素进行毛条染色实验,通过单因素实验探讨染料用量、保温温度、pH值、媒染剂用量、保温时间对染色效果的影响。分析得出凤仙花色素上染毛条的最佳工艺为:染料用量1.5%(owf)、保温温度80℃、pH值为4、媒染剂用量8%(owf)、保温时间80 min。毛条染色后的耐皂洗色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度测试结果均在3级以上,且染色对毛条的强力、断裂伸长影响较小。 In order to solve the problem that fiber strength and elasticity were damaged in the process of wool dyeing with natural impatiens pigment, the pigment was extracted, and the extraction and dyeing process were optimized. The extraction process of impatiens pigment was as follows: the dry pollen of impatiens was extracted for 1 h under the conditions of pH value 3, temperature 50 ℃, bath ratio 1∶40 in extraction agent water. The dyeing experiment was carried out and the effects of dye dosage, heat preservation temperature, pH value, mordant dosage and heat preservation time on dyeing effect were investigated by single factor experiment. The results show that the best dyeing process of impatiens is as follows: the amount of dye 1.5%(owf), the temperature of insulation 80 ℃, the pH value of 4, the amount of mordant 8%(owf), the time of insulation 80 min. The test results of color fastness to washing and rubbing are all above grade 3, and the dyeing has little effect on the strength and breaking elongation of the wool.
