基于多体动力学模型的车身载荷谱获取及疲劳寿命评估 被引量:3

摘要 为有效地评估某轻客车身结构的疲劳寿命,首先利用Adams软件建立该车型的多体动力学模型,并根据实测数据进行了模型对标,验证了模型精度。然后基于实测道路载荷谱,综合应用虚拟迭代及疲劳寿命分析方法,复现了样车在试验场所采集的加速度、位移及力等响应信号,提取了车身与悬架各外连点的动态载荷。计算了车身的疲劳寿命,后排座椅支架加强筋圆角处存在疲劳失效风险,与道路耐久试验的失效结果基本一致,通过采用提高材料牌号的改进措施使得此车身结构通过了道路耐久的验证,表明了此分析方法的工程可行性。实践证明虚拟迭代与疲劳寿命分析相结合的方法能够有效地支持车身结构疲劳寿命的评估,具有一定的工程参考价值。 In order to effectively evaluate the fatigue life of a light bus body structure,the multi-body dynamics body model was built with ADAMS,the accuracy of the model was validated by calibration with measurement data.Based on measured road load data,with comprehensive application of virtual iteration and fatigue life analysis methodology,the acceleration,displacement and force response signal which acquired at proving ground were reproduced,the internal forces between body and suspension were extracted,the fatigue life of body was calculated.The rounded corner of back row seat bracket reinforcing rib exists fatigue failure risk,which is consistent with failure result of road durability test.With improvement of material trademark,the body structure was ultimately passed the durability validation of proving ground,which has shown that the engineering practicability of this methodology.The practice has proved that the combination of virtual iteration and fatigue life analysis can effectively support the fatigue life evaluation of body structure,which has reasonable engineering reference value.
