摘要
目的分析人性化管理在提升乳腺癌手术护理质量中的效果及预后影响。方法选取2019年7月至2020年7月在我院进行手术治疗的乳腺癌患者共300例,随机分为观察组和参照组,各150例。参照组应用常规护理管理,观察组应用人性化管理。对比两组患者的生活质量、并发症发生率。结果两组患者生活质量评分对比有差异,观察组高于参照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。两组患者并发症发生率对比有差异,观察组优于参照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论人性化管理可提高患者的生活质量,且能降低患者的并发症发生率,从而促进患者预后的改善。
Objective To analyze the effect and prognostic impact of humanized management in improving the quality of surgical nursing for breast cancer.Methods A total of 300 breast cancer patients undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and reference group,with 150 cases in each group.Routine nursing management was applied in the reference group and humanized management was applied in the observation group.The quality of life and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was a significant difference in WHOQOL scores between the two groups,the observation group was higher than the reference group(P<0.05).There was a difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups,the observation group was better than the reference group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized management can improve patients'quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications,thus promoting the improvement of patients'prognosis.
