摘要
目的探讨中医护理在肛瘘围手术期的应用效果及对并发症发生率的影响。方法选取2020年3月至2020年5月、2021年1月至2021年4月我院收治的63例肛瘘患者为研究对象,根据护理方法不同分为常规组31例,观察组32例,对照组采用常规性的护理,观察组采用中医护理,对比两组患者的疼痛情况、并发症发生情况、及生活质量。结果经中医护理后,观察组疼痛改善情况明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。生活质量评分显著高于常规组(P<0.05);并发症发生率(3.13%)明显比常规组低(P<0.05)。结论采取中医护理能有效改善患者生活质量,降低并发症,临床应用价值显著。
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the perioperative period of anal fistula and its influence on the incidence of complications.Methods Sixty-three patients with anal fistula admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to May 2020,January 2021 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into 31 cases in the routine group,32 cases in the observation group,and control group adopts routine nursing,and the observation group adopts traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The pain,complications,and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After nursing by traditional Chinese medicine,the pain improvement of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The quality of life score was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05);the complication rate(3.13%)was significantly lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting traditional Chinese medicine nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,reduce complications,and have significant clinical application value.
