摘要
文章主要说明AC311A直升机加装农林喷洒设备后,其连接结构、设备等在直升机正常飞行、机动飞行以及应急着陆等载荷状态下的强度符合适航规章的要求。依据CCAR-27第C部分“强度要求”的适用条款以及AC27 MG5的建议的符合性验证方法,采用计算分析的手段,验证AC311A直升机加装进口农林喷洒设备的强度满足相关要求。计算分析的结果为AC311A直升机加装进口农林喷洒设备STC取证工作提供支撑,该方法对民用直升机加改装设计的强度符合性验证具有一定的指导意义。
This paper mainly explains that after the AC311A helicopter is equipped with agricultural and forestry spraying equip‐ment,the strength of its connecting structure and equipment under the load conditions of helicopter normal flight,maneuvering flight and emergency landing meet the requirements of airworthiness regulations.According to the applicable provisions of CCAR-27 Part C"strength requirements"and the compliance verification method recommended by AC27 MG5,the strength of AC311A helicopter equipped with imported agricultural and forestry spraying equipment is verified to meet relevant requirements by means of calculation and analysis.The results of calculation and analysis provide support for the STC certification of AC311A helicopter equipped with imported agricultural and forestry spraying equipment.This method has certain guiding significance for the strength compliance verification of civil helicopter modification design.
