摘要
肺移植是治疗终末期肺部疾病的一种有效手段。随着肺移植技术的不断完善,术后管理愈发重要,其中营养支持治疗能够明显改善肺移植病人的预后。本综述主要对肺移植术后早期营养支持的时间与方式,对糖类、脂肪、蛋白质、维生素、水与无机盐的需求、以及体质量和能量的研究进行总结,为肺移植术后病人的管理提供参考。
Lung transplantation is an effective strategy for the treatment of end-stage lung diseases.With the improvement of lung transplantation,postoperative management is becoming more and more important.Nutritional support therapy can improve the postoperative outcome in patients with lung transplantation.This review mainly summarizes the timing and route of early nutritional support after lung transplantation,the requirement of carbohydrates,fats,proteins,vitamins,water and inorganic salts.Other issues including body mass and energy were also discussed,aiming to provide current evidence for the management of patients after lung transplantation.
