摘要
本研究采用形态学和分子生物学方法进行病原菌鉴定,同时对不同菌株进行系统进化分析,旨在探究海南水稻稻瘟病病原菌种类及系统进化分析。研究通过形态观察与用特定引物扩增ITS序列并进行测序分析,获得来自不同地区的10株稻瘟病菌株。同时与NCBI数据库中公布的稻瘟菌株及相近属、种的菌株进行比对和系统进化分析。结果显示,10株稻瘟病菌株与其他不同地区的稻瘟病菌株遗传距离较近,在同一分支上;而与其他不同属、种的菌株之间的遗传距离较远,不在同一分支上。本研究结果为水稻稻瘟病的基础研究、病害防治和抗病育种提供科学依据。
The aim of this study was to understand the species and phylogenetic analysis of pathogenic fungi of rice blast in Hainan.Morphological and molecular methods were used to identify pathogenic fungi,and the phylogenetic analysis of different strains.We obtained 10 rice blast strains from different areas.Meanwhile,Phylogenetic analysis of 10 rice blast strains and other strains of similar genera and species was published in NCBI database.Results showed that,the genetic distance was relatively close to 10 rice blast strains with other rice blast strains from different areas,and on the same branch.The genetic distance was far away between the 10 rice blast strains and other different genus,species strains,on the different branches.The results of the study could be used for the basic research of rice blast,disease control,and disease resistance breeding.
