Objective To explore the effect of clinical pharmacists in participating in an-infective treatment in femoral neck fractures clinical pathways, and to provide reference for promoting rational clinical medication. Methods Patients with femoral neck fracture in the clinical pathway were Selected as research objects.14 patients from Oct.2018 to Sep.2019 were included in control group;21 patients from Oct.2019 to Sep.2020 were set as observation group.Clinical pharmacists participated in the implementation of clinical pathway in the observation group and carried out pharmaceutical care intervention. The hospitalization days, hospitalization expenses, medicine cost, antibacterial drug cost and the rationality of antibiotic application were compared between two groups. Results There were no statistical significance in differences in hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses between two groups(P>0.05).The medicine cost, the cost of antibiotics and the duration of antibacterial drug application in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the rationality of antibacterial application the observation group was significantly higher than that those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The participation of clinical pharmacists in the implementation of orthopedic clinical pathway can promote the rational application of clinical antimicrobial agents an reduce the cost of medicine.
