摘要
高校实现专业课与思政课协同育人工作,是落实习近平总书记关于教育工作重要讲话的要求之一,是新时代各高校面临的时代课题。当前,主要存在着专业课教师与思政课教师协同育人意识淡薄、协同育人的教学资源整合不力、各高校的相关政策与制度不够完善等问题。解决这些问题首先要从教师入手,转变传统教学方式,形成协同育人的教育理念;优化整合各种教学资源,打造双师型教师队伍;打造教学平台,形成协同育人新模式:推进协同育人制度化,加强协同育人的顶层设计。为各高校培养高素质高技能人才,完成立德树人根本任务提供理论依据和实践指导。
It is one of the requirements of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on education to realize the cooperative education of professional courses and ideological and political courses in colleges and universities,and it is an subject of the times faced by colleges and universities in the new era.At present,there are some problems,such as teachers’weak awareness of collaborative education,weak integration of teaching resources of collaborative education,and imperfect related policies and systems of universities.To solve these problems,firstly,teachers should change the traditional teaching methods and form the educational concept of collaborative education;optimize and integrate all kinds of teaching resources to create a team of double-qualified teachers;to build a teaching platform and form a new mode of collaborative education to promote the institutionalization of collaborative education and strengthen the top-level design of collaborative education.This paper provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for colleges and universities to train high quality and high-skillde talents and complete the fundamental task of moral education.
