摘要
乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤,严重威胁人类健康。纳米材料由于其体积小、比表面积大和活性高等特点,被用于恶性肿瘤的诊疗中。本研究现从乳腺癌的酸性环境、氧化还原反应和其他靶向特点对纳米荧光探针在乳腺癌诊断中的应用研究进行综述。
Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women,which seriously threatens human health.Nanomaterials are used in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors due to their small size,large specific surface area and high activity.This paper reviews the application of nanofluorescent probes in the diagnosis of breast cancer from the acid environment,redox reaction and other targeting characteristics of breast cancer.
