摘要
使用CNKI、PubMed、Web of Science和SPORTDiscus数据库,对已有羽毛球敏捷性测试文献进行了回顾,并评估测试的运动特性。研究共纳入了11篇文献,包括11项敏捷性测试,其中,有6项测试评估了可靠性,1项评估了有效性。研究认为Badcamp和BSST是适合羽毛球敏捷性测试的工具。未来的研究应集中在提高羽毛球敏捷性测试的有效性方面。
Using CNKI,PubMed,Web of Science and SPORTDiscus databases,we reviewed the available literature on badminton agility tests and assessed the motor properties of the tests.A total of 11 articles including 11 agility tests were included in this study,among which 6 tests assessed reliability and 1 assessed validity.The study concluded that Badcamp and BSST are suitable tools for badminton agility testing.The future research should focus on improving the validity of badminton agility tests.
