高强混凝土在不同内约束因素下的自收缩变化规律研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对内配钢板的高强混凝土自收缩研究较少的现状,采用试验方法开展钢板及钢筋对高强混凝土自收缩约束的影响规律研究。以配钢率、钢板表面锈蚀、钢板配置方式、钢板和钢筋4个因素为控制变量,制作内配钢板或钢筋的高强混凝土试件和素混凝土试件。以自收缩应变和约束度2个参数为依据,分析它们随龄期的变化规律,研究各个因素对高强混凝土自收缩产生的影响。综合分析表明:钢板对高强混凝土的约束作用范围是有限的,且约束作用在空间分布随着和钢板的距离增大而减小,混凝土达到规定龄期后,钢板的约束度趋于稳定。尝试性地利用悬臂梁模型分析了配置钢板或钢筋的高强混凝土自收缩问题,计算结果和试验结果较接近。 In view of the fact that there are few researches on the autogenous shrinkage of high-strength concrete with steel plates,the influence of steel plates on the autogenous shrinkage of high-strength concrete is studied by experimental method.The steel ratio,steel surface corrosion,steel plate configuration,steel plate and rebar were used as control variables to make high-strength concrete test specimens and plain concrete specimens with internal steel plates.Based on the two parameters of autogenous shrinkage strain and restraint degree,the change rule of them with age is analyzed,and the influence of each factor on autogenous shrinkage of high-strength concrete is studied.The comprehensive analysis shows that the confinement range of steel plate to high-strength concrete is limited,and the spatial distribution of confinement decreases with the increase of distance from steel plate.After the concrete reaches specified age,the confinement degree of steel plate tends to be stable.The problem of autogenous shrinkage of high-strength concrete with steel plate or rebar is analyzed by using cantilever beam model.The calculated results are close to the experimental results.
