弯折钢筋抗剪键组合剪力墙抗剪性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 提出了一种弯折钢筋抗剪键的内嵌钢板-混凝土组合剪力墙,通过对3片新型组合剪力墙和1片钢筋混凝土剪力墙进行低周往复试验,研究其抗剪承载力、变形能力、抗侧刚度、延性和耗能能力等性能。试验参数包括弯折钢筋的布置方式、是否设置横向分布钢筋及墙体类型。按《组合结构设计规范》(JGJ 138—2016)中的公式计算了组合剪力墙的抗剪承载力,并与试验结果进行了对比。结果表明:新型组合剪力墙抗剪承载力、屈服位移和极限位移均高于钢筋混凝土剪力墙,在相同侧向位移下表现出更强的耗能能力。未设置横向分布钢筋的组合剪力墙位移延性系数低于钢筋混凝土剪力墙,表明横向分布钢筋的设置可有效限制构件屈服后混凝土的开裂,提高构件的延性;抗剪钢筋交错布置的组合剪力墙屈服强度和极限强度高于抗剪钢筋平行布置的组合剪力墙,但抗剪钢筋布置方式对混凝土开裂和裂缝贯通位移角无明显影响;试验后的内置钢板核心区域未产生平面外变形,组合剪力墙表现出较高的抗剪承载力。 An infilled steel plate-concrete composite shear wall(SCCW)using trapezoidal steel bar as shear connectors was proposed.Low-cycle reciprocating test of three SCCWs and one reinforced concrete shear wall(RW)was carried out to investigate the shear capacity,deformation capability,lateral stiffness,ductility and energy dissipation capability of members.Parameters include distribution mode of trapezoidal steel bar,whether to set horizontal distributional steel bars and the type of wall.The shear capacity of composite shear wall was calculated according to the formula in the Code for design of composite structures and compared with the test results.The result shows that the SCCW exhibits higher shear capacity,yielding displacement and ultimate displacement than the traditional RW,and it also shows higher energy dissipation capability under the same lateral displacement level.The displacement ductility coefficient of the composite shear wall without horizontal distribution steel bars is lower than that of RW,indicating that the setting of horizontal distribution steel bars can effectively limit the concrete cracking after the component yields and improve the ductility of the component.The yield strength and ultimate strength of the composite shear wall with the staggered distribution of shear bars are higher than the composite shear wall with the parallel distribution of the shear bars,but the distribution mode of the shear bars has no significant effect on the concrete cracking and crack penetration angle.After the test,the core area of the built-in steel plate does not produce out-of-plane deformation,and the composite shear wall shows high shear resistance.
