摘要
按照GB/T 38145-2019高含量贵金属合金首饰金、铂、钯含量的测定ICP差减法,对金合金首饰中各杂质元素进行了测定,通过差减得到了金含量。本文研究了方法各不确定度分量的来源,拟定了各不确定度分量的评定步骤,并计算出了各分量的不确定度,得出了检测结果的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,为高含量金合金首饰中金含量的测定提供了数据支持,使检测结果更具科学性。
According to GB/T 38145-2019 high content precious metal alloy jewelry determination of gold,platinum,palladium content ICP subtraction method,the impurity elements in gold alloy jewelry were determined,the gold content was obtained by subtraction.In this paper,we study the sources of the uncertainty of the proposed method,the evaluation of uncertainty are studied steps,and the uncertainty of each component is calculated out,it is concluded that the test results of synthetic standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty,for the determination of high content of gold alloy jewelry cicc content provides data support,make the results more scientific.
