摘要 为了提高矿产资源的产出量,将不良地质条件作为研究背景,对采矿工艺进行设计与研究,考虑到大多数矿床的地质结构均较为复杂,因此,在采矿前将炸药埋设在地下,并在此过程中,根据开采的矿产资源所处位置,选择适宜的装药参数。在完成对采矿区域的爆破后,引进填充工艺,控制炸落岩石的掉落时间与掉落范围,从而避免矿石在地层中出现大范围移动,给采矿作业带来安全隐患。同时,引进固体加固技术,将此种技术与空场处理法进行联用,加固矿区崩落的固体矿石,实现为采矿工作者提供一个相对安全的作业环境。此外,将设计的采矿工艺应用到不良地质条件下的资源开采工作中,证明文章所提出的采矿工艺能够有效提高矿产资源的开采量,实现高效开采。 In order to improve the output of mineral resources,taking the unfavorable geological conditions as the research background,the mining technology is designed and studied.Considering that the geological structure of most deposits is more complex,the explosive is buried underground before mining,and in this process,the appropriate charging parameters are selected according to the location of the mining mineral resources.After the completion of the geological blasting of the mining area,the filling technology is introduced to control the falling time and range of the blasted rock,so as to avoid the large-scale movement of the ore in the stratum and bring potential safety hazards to the mining operation.At the same time,the introduction of solid reinforcement technology,this technology combined with open stope treatment,reinforcement of solid ore caving in the mining area,to achieve a relatively safe working environment for mining workers.In addition,the designed mining technology is applied to the resource mining work under adverse geological conditions,which proves that the proposed mining technology can effectively improve the mining amount of mineral resources and achieve efficient mining.
