摘要
癫痫是大脑神经元突发性异常放电,导致短暂的大脑功能障碍的一种慢性疾病,儿童发病率较高。延续性护理是出院后护理的延伸,其应用范围日趋广泛。本文对癫痫患儿开展延续性护理的现状以及延续性护理服务的需求进行综述,旨在为后续延续性护理服务方案的制定及研究提供参考。
Epilepsy is a chronic disease caused by sudden abnormal discharge of brain neurons,leading to short-term brain dysfunction.The incidence of children is relatively high.Continuous nursing is an extension of post-discharge nursing and its scope of application is becoming more and more extensive.This article reviews the current situation of continuous nursing in children with epilepsy and the needs of continuous nursing service,aiming to provide references for the formulation and research of subsequent continuous nursing service scheme.
