摘要
针对汽车在启停状态下燃油晃动产生的噪声问题,提出一种新的降噪方法,并将其与现有方案进行了试验对比。通过试验结果对比分析得出,该方法能有效地解决燃油晃动噪声问题,且在可制造性、低成本及轻量化方面相对于现有降噪方案有一定的优势,可为设计、开发解决晃动噪声问题提供技术支持,从而降低开发成本、缩短开发周期。
For the noise problem caused by fuel sloshing in the starting and stopping state of vehicle,a new noise reduction method was proposed,and the test results were compared with the existing schemes.Through the comparative analysis of the test results,it is concluded that this method can effectively solve the noise problem of fuel sloshing,and it is relatively low-cost and lightweight.The noise reduction scheme has certain advantages.It can provide technical support for the design and development of sloshing noise,so as to reduce the development cost and shorten the development cycle.
