摘要
目的分析割治联合针灸治疗Bell麻痹的临床效果。方法将符合入组标准的100例Bell麻痹患者均口服西药采用随机对照设计,设对照组为针灸治疗的50例患者,研究组为针灸和割治治疗的50例患者。每周5 d,共治疗4周。结果研究组患者有效7例(14.00%),显效17例(34.00%),痊愈26例(52.00%),满意人数46例(92.00%)(P<0.05),对照组患者有效10例(20.00%),显效16例(32.00%),痊愈18例(36.00%),满意人数41例(82.00%)(P<0.05)。研究组临床疗效和患者满意度情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后H-B量表分级分布情况明显较治疗前改善,研究组优于同期对照组。结论割治联合针灸是治疗Bell麻痹的有效手段,优于针灸治疗。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of cutting therapy combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of Bell paralysis.Methods A total of 100 patients with Bell paralysis who met the inclusion criteria were giren western medicine orally and randomized controlled design.50 patients treated with western medicine combined with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment were set as the control group,and 50 patients treated with western medicine,acupuncture,moxibustion and cutting therapy were included in the study group.The treatment continued five days a week for four weeks.Results In the study group,there were 7 effective patients(14.00%),17 significantly effective patients(34.00%),26 cured patients(52.00%),and 46 very satisfied patients(92.00%)(P<0.05).In the control group,there were 10 effective patients(20.00%),16 significantly effective patients(32.00%),18 cured patients(36.00%),and 41 very satisfied patients(82.00%)(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The distribution of H-B scale after treatment was significantly improved in the two groups,and the study group was better than the control group at the same time.Conclusion Cutting therapy combined with acupuncture and moxibustion is an effective means to treat Bell paralysis,which is better than acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.
