摘要
目的评价中药颗粒配方与传统中药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法收集2018年1月—2019年3月接受治疗的87例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者临床资料,依据治疗方案的不同分为2组,其中对照组(43例)给予传统中药治疗,观察组(44例)给予中药颗粒配方治疗。比较2组临床疗效、中医证候评分改善情况、炎性因子及氧化应激因子水平、不良反应发生情况及经济花费等。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后,2组胃脘疼痛、恶心呕吐、上腹不适及饥不欲食中医证候评分均有降低,且观察组均比对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后,2组IL-6、IL-1β、CRP及MDA水平均有降低,且观察组比对照组低,SOD及GSH-Px水平均有升高,且观察组比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组3个疗程经济花费比对照组高(P<0.05);所有患者在治疗期间均未出现不良反应。结论中药颗粒配方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎治疗效果更好,可有效改善炎性因子及氧化应激因子水平,安全可靠。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine granule formula and traditional Chinese herbal medicine in treating chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods A total of 87 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were collected and divided into two groups according to different treatment schemes.The control group(n=43)was treated with traditional Chinese herbal medicine.The observation group(n=44)was treated with Chinese medicine granule formula.The clinical efficacy,improvement of TCM syndrome scores,levels of inflammatory factors and oxidative stress factors,occurrence of adverse reactions and economic costs were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of epigastric pain,nausea and vomiting,epigastric discomfort and hunger and appetite in both groups were reduced,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-1β,CRP and MDA in both groups were decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The levels of SOD and GSH-Px in both groups were increased,and those of the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the economic cost of the three courses in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).During the treatment,no adverse reactions occurred in all patients.Conclusion The Chinese medicine granule formula is more effective in treating chronic atrophic gastritis,and can effectively improve the levels of inflammatory factors and oxidative stress factors,which is safe and reliable.
