摘要
文章立足于我国数字出版行业发展现状及存在的主体缺乏协同、版权缺乏保护、传播缺乏监管的痛点,结合区块链的技术特征,分析区块链技术在数字出版业中的应用前景,认为利用区块链技术可以有效解决当前数字出版业的痛点,并提出利用区块链技术构建数字出版业主体协同的共识机制、版权保护的可信机制、传播监管的可溯机制,实现数字出版业的治理机制创新,提高数字出版业治理效能。
Based on the development status of digital publishing industry in China and the existing hard problems,such as the lack of coordination of subjects,the lack of copyright protection and the lack of supervision of communication,this paper analyzes the application prospect of the blockchain technology in the digital publishing industry combined with the technical characteristics of the blockchain.The study shows that the use of the blockchain technology can effectively solve the hard problems of the current digital publishing industry,and then it proposes the use of blockchain technology to build the consensus mechanism of digital publishing industry subject collaboration,the credible mechanism of copyright protection and the traceability mechanism of communication supervision in order to realize the innovation of governance mechanism of digital publishing industry and improve the governance efficiency of digital publishing industry.
