摘要
种苗质量直接关系工程造林成效及森林覆被率的质量,加强种苗质检工作是确保提高造林成效和森林覆被率的重要手段。该文在分析了河北省工程造林林木种苗质量检验现状,分析了存在的质检机构建设尚不完善、抽检力度不够等问题,提出了对策建议。
Forest seeds and seedlings quality is directly related to the afforestation effect and the quality of forest cover rate.Strengthening forest seeds and seedlings quality inspection is an important means to improve afforestation effect and forest cover rate.The article summarizes the status on quality inspection of forest seeds and seedlings of Engineering Afforestationin Hebei Province, Analyses the existing problems and puts forward countermeasures.
