摘要
铁路站段开展标准化建设是安全高质高效有序生产的需要。铁路站段标准化建设是在中国国家铁路集团有限公司及铁路局集团公司指导下,借助标准化工作建设的载体。为了建立完备的管理体系,将铁路站段标准化建设分为“立标、学标、落标、对标”4个阶段。其中,立标阶段是基础。为满足铁路站段生产和服务的需求,从立标原则、立标依据、立标过程和建立评价标准4个方面,介绍立标工作。
The standardization work of railway stations and depots is the need of safe,high quality,efficient and or⁃derly production.The standardization work of railway stations and depots is the carrier of standardization work under the guidance of China National Railway Group Co.,Ltd.and Railway Administration Group Company.To establish a complete management system,the work is divided into four stages:‘standard setting,learning,implementing and matching’.The standard setting stage is the foundation,which meets the needs of production and service in railway stations and depots.This paper introduces the bidding work from four aspects:bidding principle,basis,process and establishment of evaluation standard.
