泉州市电磁辐射水平跟踪研究 被引量:4

Tracking Research on Electromagnetic Radiation Level in Quanzhou City

摘要 电磁辐射水平是生态环境质量评价的一个重要指标。为全面评估泉州市电磁辐射水平,在泉州市刺桐公园设置了电磁辐射环境对照点,在居住区、商业区设置了典型移动通信基站和中波台电磁辐射观测点位,进行了5年跟踪监测。在此基础上,利用Spearman秩相关系数法分析5年来电磁辐射变化趋势,并运用数学模型量化评估其电磁环境容量。研究结果表明,环境对照点、中波台和移动通信基站最大电场强度和功率密度分别为GB 8702—2014中公众曝露限制的12.1%、99%、3.52%。经过评估,按照目前电磁辐射增长速度,在52.5年后电磁辐射水平将超过GB 8702—2014规定的公众曝露控制限值。为确保泉州市电磁辐射环境处于较低水平,降低电磁辐射污染对人们健康的影响,从生态环境保护角度提出电磁辐射环境污染管理建议。 Electromagnetic radiation level is an important index of ecological environment quality evaluation.In order to comprehensively and dynamically grasp the electromagnetic radiation level of Quanzhou,the electromagnetic radiation environmental control points were set up in the Ci-tong Park,and the typical mobile communication base station and medium wave station electromagnetic radiation observation points were set up in the residential and commercial areas,where five years of follow-up monitoring were carried out.The rank correlation coefficient method was used to analyze the change trend of electromagnetic radiation of environmental control points and typical electromagnetic radiators in recent five years.The mathematical model was used to evaluate the capacity of electromagnetic environment quantitatively.The results showed that the maximum electric field intensity and power density of the environment control point,medium wave station and mobile communication base station were 12.1%,99%and 3.52%of the public exposure limit in GB 8702—2014,respectively.After evaluation,according to the current growth rate of electromagnetic radiation,the electromagnetic radiation level will exceed the public exposure control limit in 52.5 years.In order to ensure that the environment of electromagnetic radiation in Quanzhou is at a low level and reduce the impact of electromagnetic radiation pollution on people's health,some suggestions on the management of electromagnetic radiation environmental pollution are put forward from the perspective of ecological environment protection.
