摘要
随着高校的扩招,大学生就业面临的压力越来越大,就业形势也越来越严峻。作为高职院校的学生,由于高考分数不高,学习动力不足,就业前景也同样不很乐观。面对目前的就业压力,学生易产生比较严重的就业心理问题,这将直接影响就业质量和未来的工作与生活。为了帮助学生顺利就业,在校期间可以从不同方面了解学生的就业心理,及时发现不利因素,并分析其形成的原因,从不同方面培养学生积极就业心理,从而促进学生顺利就业。
With the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,college students face more and more pressure in employment,and the employment situation is becoming more and more serious.As graduates of higher vocational colleges,their employment prospects are also not very optimistic due to their low college entrance examination scores and the lack of learning motivation.In the face of the current employment pressure,students are prone to more serious employment psychological problems,which will directly affect the quality of employment and their future life and work.In order to help students find jobs smoothly,we should understand students'employment psychology from different aspects during the school period,find out adverse factors,analyze the reasons for these factors and cultivate students'positive employment psychology from different aspects.
