大蒜素及其化合物抗肿瘤作用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 肿瘤的形成是多步骤的过程,表现为多细胞信号通路的失控,故仅基于某一信号通路的特定药物治疗通常效果欠佳。使用具有多种分子机制的化疗药物治疗恶性肿瘤的疗效可能更好,但多种化学药物联合治疗的毒副作用可能增加。大蒜素及其活性化合物可通过多种信号通路抑制肿瘤生长,有望成为肿瘤治疗的新途径。通过大蒜素抑制肿瘤细胞增殖并促进细胞凋亡是其发挥抗肿瘤活性的关键。未来还需要深入探讨大蒜素药动学方面的吸收、代谢和排泄过程,以为扩大临床用途提供理论依据。 The formation of tumor is a multi-step process,characterized by the loss of control of multicellular signal pathway.Therefore,the effect of specific drug therapy based on a certain signal pathway is usually not good.The use of chemotherapeutic drugs with multiple molecular mechanisms may be more effective in the treatment of malignant tumors,but the toxicity and side effects of the combination of multiple chemical drugs may be increased.Allicin and its active compounds can inhibit tumor growth through a variety of signal pathways,which is expected to provide a new way for tumor treatment.The key to exert its anti-tumor activity is to inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells and promote apoptosis through allicin.In the future,it is necessary to explore the absorption,metabolism and excretion of allicin in pharmacokinetics,so as to provide a theoretical basis for expanding its clinical use.
