摘要
营业线及邻近营业线施工期间,远端安全防护员职责履行和现场作业人员的行为响应一直以来是施工安全防控的重点,也是开展铁路营业线及邻近营业线施工安全管控的发展方向。论文提出将微波感应和超短波无线电通信自动化技术用于现场施工安全防控,利用微波感应抗干扰、灵敏度高的特性,结合超短波无线电通信具有的远距离传出、抗干扰、及时性的特点,作为可代替远端防护员职能,实现安全防控自动化的重要途径,具有十分重要的作用。
During the construction of business line and adjacent business line,the behavior performance of remote safety protection personnel and the response of site operation personnel has always been the focus of construction safety prevention and control,and also the development direction of construction safety control of railway business lines and adjacent business lines.In this paper,for the first time,microwave sensing and ultrashort radio communication automation technology are used for site construction safety prevention and control,with high sensitivity,and long distance outgoing,interference resistance and timeliness of ultrashort radio communication,as the function of remote protector and an important way to realize safety prevention and control automation.
