摘要
由网络零售商和物流商构成的生鲜农产品网购供应链中,存在物流商承担保鲜和配送成本而网络零售商分享利益的搭便车问题,明确并合理分担物流商成本成为解决该问题并保证网购供应链可持续发展的有效途径.考虑因供需双方同城与异地差别而产生的消费需求差异,物流商在配送与保鲜服务侧重点、相应努力及成本方面呈现差异化.据此,通过对比分析集中和分散决策下最优努力水平和最大利润,构建成本共担契约协调模型.研究结果表明,努力水平对双方利润的影响在一定区间内是正向的.相比配送努力,在异地情形下,保鲜努力的变化会更大程度地影响消费需求及供应链系统利润;而在同城情形下则相反.成本共担契约能有效提高努力水平和物流商、零售商利润,实现供应链中双方协调及供应链可持续发展目标.
There is the problem that the logistics provider bears the cost of fresh-keeping and distribution while the online retailer only shares the benefit.To clarify and share reasonably the cost of the logistics provider is an effective way to solve this problem and ensure the sustainable development of the supply chain.Due to the impact of differences between intra-city and inter-city of the supplier and the demander on consumption demands,the logistics provider exhibits differences on service focuses,efforts and costs in delivering and fresh-keeping.Accordingly,the cost-sharing contract coordination model was constructed based on the comparison and analysis of the optimal effort level and maximum profit under centralized and decentralized decision-making strategies.The results showed that the influence of effort level on the profit of both parties was positive in a certain range.Compared with the distribution effort,the change of fresh-keeping effort affected the consumption demands and the profit of supply chain to a greater extent in the case of inter-city,and it is opposite in the case of intra-city.The cost-sharing contract could effectively improve the effort level and the profit of the logistics provider and the retailer,which could realize the coordination between both parties in the supply chain and the sustainable development goal of the supply chain.
