摘要
某公司3座2500 m^(3)高炉在一代炉役到期后,希望通过大修改造,以实现更高效、更优异的生产指标,同时实现高炉生产更加环保的目标。本文对原来高炉生产中影响和限制高炉强化冶炼、降低燃料消耗和污染物排放的各个环节全面进行了分析,确定了高炉各系统对应的大修改造设计方案。通过总包方和业主方的协同配合、周密组织,3座2500 m^(3)高炉逐个顺利投产,并快速达产,各处环境监测数据均比大修前明显改善,达到了本次高炉大修改造的基本目标。
After the expiration of the first generation furnace service,the three 2500 m^(3)blast furnaces of a company hope to achieve more efficient and excellent production indicators through overhaul and transformation,and achieve the goal of more environmental protection during blast furnace production.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of all links affecting and limiting blast furnace intensified smelting,reducing fuel consumption and pollutant discharge level in the original blast furnace production,determined the corresponding overhaul and transformation design scheme of each system of blast furnace.By full cooperation and careful organization of the general contractor and the owner,three 2500 m^(3)blast furnaces were successfully put into operation one by one and reached production capacity quickly,the environmental monitoring data of each place are significantly improved compared with that before the overhaul,and achieved the basic goal of the blast furnace overhaul and transformation.
