大跨度人行天桥不断交吊装施工技术 被引量:1

摘要 西青区津涞道王台–邓店人行过街天桥为单跨钢桁架结构,跨度达66.15 m,用钢量570 t。津涞公路为天津市西部地区通往市区主干道,车流量较大,地下管线复杂,南侧紧邻程村排水河,施工场地狭窄,主跨施工难度较大。针对上述问题对桁架实施了合理的分段分节、精准选择起重机型号和站位,吊装过程中采取交通导行、指挥等安全管理措施。经施工实践证明,该大跨度人行天桥不断交通技术切实可行。 The Wangtai-Dengdian pedestrian overpass in Jinlai Road of Xiqing district adopted a single span steel truss structure with a span of 66.15 m and a steel consumption of 570 t.Jinlai highway is the main road from the western region of Tianjin to the urban area,having large traffic flow and complex underground pipelines.It is close to Chengcun Drainage River at the south.The construction site was narrow and the construction of the main span was difficult.In view of the above problems,safety management measures such as reasonable segmentation,accurate selection of crane model and position,traffic guidance and control were adopted during hoisting.The engineering practice showed that the large-span pedestrian overpass lifting without traffic interruption was feasible.
