摘要
目的旨在通过荟萃(meta)分析探讨长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)ZFAS1在肿瘤中的预后价值,并分析ZFAS1表达水平与癌症患者临床预后的关系。方法以“ZFAS1”、“LncRNA ZFAS1”或“long non-coding RNA ZFAS1”、“cancer”和“tumor”为检索词,检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、Wiley Online Library等数据库获得LncRNA ZFAS1研究的相关文献。对纳入文献逐个进行质量评价和数据提取,应用RevMan5.3软件对数据进行meta分析。结果共纳入21篇研究,总计1765例癌症患者,包括肝癌、结直肠癌、大肠癌、胃癌、食管鳞状细胞癌、胆管癌、鼻咽癌、非小细胞肺癌、膀胱癌、前列腺癌、肾透明细胞癌、宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌、上皮性卵巢癌、胶质瘤、黑色素瘤、骨肉瘤共计17种癌症。生存分析资料结果显示,ZFAS1高表达与癌症患者较差的总生存率(HR=1.85,95%CI:1.67~2.05,Z=11.78,P<0.00001)和无病生存率相关(HR=1.92,95%CI:1.51~2.44,Z=5.35,P<0.00001)。相关性分析结果显示,ZFAS1高表达与淋巴结转移(OR=2.44,95%CI:1.40~4.25,Z=3.13,P=0.002)、远处转移(OR=1.90,95%CI:0.86~4.18,Z=1.59,P=0.0009)、TNM分期(OR=2.87,95%CI:2.31~3.57,Z=9.55,P<0.00001)呈正相关。结论LncRNA ZFAS1或可作为肿瘤患者潜在的预后生物学标志物。
Objective To investigate the prognostic value of long non-coding RNA(LncRNA)ZFAS1 in tumors and analyze the relationship between the expression level of ZFAS1 and clinical prognosis by a meta-analysis.Methods Using"ZFAS1","LncRNA ZFAS1"or"long non-coding RNA zfas1","cancer"and"tumor"as the key words,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,Wiley Online Library and other databases were searched to obtain the related literature of LncRNA ZFAS1.The quality evaluation and data extraction of the included literature were carried out one by one,and the data were analyzed by the RevMan5.3 software.Results A total of 21 studies were enrolled in this study,and a total of 1765 cancer patients,including 17 kinds of cancers such as liver cancer,colorectal cancer,colonic cancer,gastric cancer,esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,cholangiocarcinoma,nasopharyngeal carcinoma,non-small cell lung cancer,bladder cancer,prostate cancer,renal clear cell carcinoma,cervical cancer,endometrial cancer,epithelial ovarian cancer,glioma,melanoma and osteosarcoma,were included.Survival analysis data showed that high expression of ZFAS1 was associated with lower overall survival rate(HR=1.85,95%CI:1.67-2.05,Z=11.78,P<0.00001)and disease-free survival rate(HR=1.92,95%CI:1.51-2.44,Z=5.35,P<0.00001)of cancer patients.Correlation analysis results showed that high expression of ZFAS1 was positively associated with lymph node metastasis(OR=2.44,95%CI:1.40-4.25,Z=3.13,P=0.002),distant metastasis(OR=1.90,95%CI:0.86-4.18,Z=1.59,P=0.0009),and TNM staging(OR=2.87,95%CI:2.31-3.57,Z=9.55,P<0.00001).Conclusion LncRNA ZFAS1 may be a potential prognostic biomarker for cancer patients.
