摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环式护理对过敏性紫癜患儿复发率的影响。方法将2018年1月至2020年1月就诊于我院儿科的100例过敏性紫癜患儿纳入研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。两组均采用雷公藤多甙片进行治疗,在此基础上,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施PDCA循环式护理。比较两组患儿的症状消失时间、住院时间、并发症发生情况、复发率及患儿家长的心理状态评分、护理满意度。结果观察组的腹痛消失时间、皮肤紫癜消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率、复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患儿家长的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环式护理可促使过敏性紫癜患儿症状尽快消退,减少并发症和复发情况,还可改善患儿家长的心理状态,使其更加满意护理服务。
Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle nursing on recurrence rate of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura.Methods A total of 100 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura treated in the pediatrics department of our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were included in this study.The children were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with tripterygium wilfordii glycosides tablets.On this basis,the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given PDCA cycle nursing.The time of symptom disappearance,hospital stay,complications,recurrence rate and psychological state score,nursing satisfaction of children's parents were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of abdominal pain and skin purpura and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications and recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,SAS and SDS scores of children's parents in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of children's parents was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle nursing can promote the symptoms of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura to subside as soon as possible,reduce complications and recurrence,and improve the psychological state of children's parents,and make them more satisfied with nursing services.
