摘要
目的分析光固均低于化复合对照组,树脂充填治疗牙体楔状缺损的效果及对患者并发症发生情况的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2020年2月收治的84例牙体楔状缺损患者,依据修复方法将其分为对照组(42例,玻璃离子水门汀修复治疗)和研究组(42例,光固化复合树脂充填修复治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组的碱性磷酸酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶水平均低于对照组,龈沟液量少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的咀嚼功能、舒适度与美观协调评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的修复总有效率高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论光固树脂充填治疗牙体楔状缺损的效果显著,能够改善患者的牙周指标,减少并发症,且安全性较高,值得临床进一步推广和应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of light-curing composite resin filling in the treatment of dental wedge-shaped defect and its influence on the occurrence of complications of patients.Methods A total of 84 patients with dental wedge-shaped defect treated from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected,and the patients were divided into control group(42 cases,glass ionomer cement repair treatment)and research group(42 cases,light-curing composite resin filling repair treatment)according to the repair method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of alkaline phosphatase,aspartate aminotransferase in the research group were lower than those in the control group,and gingival crevicular fluid volume was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the chewing function,comfort and aesthetic coordination scores in the two groups increased,and those in the research group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of repair in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Light-curing composite resin filling in the treatment of dental wedge-shaped defect has a significant effect,it can improve the periodontal indexes of patients,and reduce complications,with higher safety,which is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
